We source the finest farmed salmon from around the globe with a specific set of standards in mind. While there are hundreds of salmon farms throughout the world, we feel that there are a small number who live up to the standards that we require. We specifically look for responsible farmers who not only provide superior quality, but also raise salmon in a sustainable, humane manner. Traceability, harvest location, fish diet, environmentally focused, and low stocking densities are just to name a few. We are proud to partner with the following salmon farmers.
